The Perfect Cottage Company (‘the Company’) respects and your privacy and takes all reasonable measures to protect it when using this website and as such we will not pass on your details to any third party, unless you explicitly give us permission to do so.

The only information we store is that which is required to make the transactional facilities of this website possible, such as customer name and address when booking, and whether you have booked previously. These details are kept securely and cannot be viewed by visitors to the site, other than yourselves via a password-protected entry.

No payment details are stored anywhere on the website.

Inactive accounts are regularly removed during data cleansing.
